Dairy and Soy free recipes/cookbooks
Can anyone help me locate any dairy free and soy free recipes/cook books/ websites please. I have a 10 month old who is unable to tolerate either and while I am still breast feeding neither can I. Some family friendly recipes would make us all a little happier.

RE: Recipes
I have substituted rice milk in the place of cow's milk. I can give you a couple names of cook books but they limit other ingerdients also becuase my son is also allergic to wheat, peanuts and eggs.

Great Foods without Worry by Cindy Moseley
The Whole Foods Food Allergy Cookbook by Cybele Pascal
I have not read this one. The milk Soy protein Intolerance Guidbook/Cookbook by Tamara Field that may be helpfull

Good luck [:)]

Hello Nicky, don't know if you will visit here again, but I have started a recipe blog. The recipes are all dairy, soya, egg-free, most are gluten-free and some are suitable for coeliacs. There's a lot of cake on there!!!!
Have a look at: www.piginthekitchen.blogspot.com
Good luck with your search...my 4th child is allergic to dairy, soya and eggs...it's tough, but there is cake!
