vitamins for breastfeeding baby with allergies
My breastfed son has dairy, soy and egg allergies. Maybe even more, not sure just yet. Anyway, I quit taking my pre-natal vitamins about two and a half months ago when he was 2 months old because they contained soy. I am on a modified elimination diet as a nursing mom. I take calcium, but can anyone recommend a good “allergy friendly” pre/post natal?

2 flintstones chewables?
I was very ill with my first pregnancy. The only way I could keep vitamens down was to take one children's flintstones chewable in the morning and one in the evening. I am not familiar with reading lables for soy, but my children with milk, egg, tree-nut and peanut allergies can all take them. The lable recommends adults taking just one chewable per day, but if you compare the lables closely 2 a day are very close to prenate vitamens, and my midwife is supportive.
