Looking for a soy and milk protein free cookbook
Hello! Does anyone out there know of a milk and soy allergy cookbook? I've searched online everywhere and many are dairy free, lactose free, soy free, but I cannot find one that is both Milk and Soy protein free! Please, anyone have one?

Soy free and dairy free cookbooks
Many of the gluten-free cookbooks also feature foods free of dairy and soy, so you may want to search celiac and gluten-free sites. You can always use wheat flour instead of the non-gluten flours and xantham gum called for in those recipes if you don't need to avoid wheat.

Even if the recipe calls for dairy, that is usually easy to substitute with some other liquid. For a cookbook, check out "Sophie-Safe Cooking" by Emily Hendrix which is free of the top eight allergens.

I hope that helps.
