The service of questions and answers provides a physician’s answers to users’ questions. The time occurring for the publication of answers varies and depends both on the number of questions arrived in that period and on how many users ask similar questions and on the educational importance of the question itself. The choice of the questions to be published and the order of answers are then freely determined by physicians belonging to the Scientific Committee.

The service of questions and answers does not provide medical consultations substituting the physician’s opinion and is not in any case a distance medical examination. In the case in which a customized opinion on diagnosis, therapy, blood exams interpretation is expressed, this answer must be considered completely approximate, neither binding, nor substituting or correcting the opinion of one’s own physician and is given for a popular and cognitive aim.
