Question

I am not sure if this is a Food Allergy or a stomich issue going on. I have a 1 month old baby girl. We started her out on Enfamil with Iron that caused her to get acid diareah all the time and she had a diaper rash that just would not go away. Then we tryed Enfamil Prosobee that caused the same thing to happen. So then we switched her to Enfamil Neutramigin that is Enfamil's Hypoallergenic formula and that caused her to brake out all over down her legs up her private areas inside her butt and then she started projectile vomitting. Now we have her on Neocate and she seems to be doing so much better but now she cant poop we are going on 48 hours without a bowel movement. Do you have any suggestions on what to do?

My son has MSPI. He also has had an allergic reaction to every solid food that we have given him (carrots, sweet peas, green beans, bananas, applesauce, sweet potatoes). His bloodwork came back positive or borderline for milk, soy, oats, wheat and many others. The only thing he can tolerate besides his Neocate formula is Beechnut rice. Are there other baby products he can eat that are milk, soy and gluten free? I am concerned that he needs to be starting solids to develop his eating ability with texture.
